1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 6six6s website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 6six6s.bet.
• "Player Account" means the registered account held by an individual user on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player from a verified payment source.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited by 6six6s subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Restricted Activity" means any action explicitly prohibited under these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, or use of automated software.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active Player Account on 6six6s, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 6six6s enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Players who are found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register Player Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your own name.
• You must not already hold an existing Player Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to register exactly one account. Operating multiple accounts, including accounts for another person, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or funding the account of, any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a household containing an employee of 6six6s or any of its affiliated game suppliers.

6six6s reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

6six6s operates a Know Your Customer programme in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. Verification may be requested at any time but will be mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. As part of KYC, you may be required to submit:

• A copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your account (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet showing your registered mobile number).
• Additional documentation if requested by our compliance team for enhanced due diligence purposes.

Failure to supply verification documents within the timeframe requested by 6six6s may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent account closure with balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

6six6s supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the cashier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed the same day.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account review and potential closure.
• 6six6s does not charge transaction fees on the Platform side for standard bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions. Your payment provider's own fees, if any, are your responsibility.
• 6six6s reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals before processing.
• Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. Bonus funds themselves are never directly withdrawable.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6six6s offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL finals, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from wagering the bonus amount are eligible for withdrawal, once the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus balances that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed without compensation.
• 6six6s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be notified of material changes.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — constitutes a Restricted Activity. 6six6s will void all bonus-related winnings and may permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6six6s is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a configurable period of play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6six6s Platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one Player Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any unintended Platform vulnerability. Players who discover such errors must report them to support immediately and must not knowingly profit from them.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live table game, or sports betting market.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling.
• Attempting to charge back, dispute, or reverse a deposit after using the deposited funds for gambling.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour toward Platform staff or other players.

8. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on 6six6s — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are made available within the game interface or via the game provider's published documentation. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 6six6s does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where a game or market is voided for legitimate technical reasons.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round using the server-side game state. Results determined by the server are final.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• 6six6s reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market or game where there is evidence of manipulation, technical error, or incorrect pricing.
• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generator systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6six6s Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface design, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of 6six6s or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 6six6s.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

6six6s collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. 6six6s will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6six6s shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events outside 6six6s's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms limits 6six6s's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

6six6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via on-site notification or email to the address associated with the Player Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

13. Account Closure and Termination

Either party may close the Player Account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any Real Money Balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Balances and wagering-requirement-locked winnings will be forfeited upon closure.

6six6s may suspend or permanently terminate a Player Account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected.
• A player is found to be under the minimum age of 21.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require it.
